Let’s Spread Motivation, It’s Monday!
Let’s kick off the fantastic fitness week with health-checkups like weight, height, body inches, and some nutritious diet plans for the whole week. We will move on with some light-warm-up activities. Next, the trainer and trainee will have one on one sessions about the protein diet plan and health therapies.
It’s a Therapy day! Different health therapies will be given to our club members as per their health issues. Our club is working with coordination of physiotherapists, and health instructors. The members will be offered with a spectrum of group exercises and fitness programs.
Let’s Workout, It’s Wednesday!
With Cardio, gyming sessions, on-site therapies, we are serving with the best exercises. Some yoga sessions are given to our people to make their mind relax. And, Health therapies and some fun activities for Adults and Kids.
It’s Time to Turn it up, as it’s Thursday!
“Health is Wealth ”. Will start our day with warm-up sessions, Aerobics to create excitement in your fitness way. After that, Aesthetic and therapeutic treatments are offered to the ones who are suffering from health issues.
Let’s have Fun, it’s Friday!
We will do Cardio, Dance, Exercises and Yoga, whatever you wish for, but with a twist as it is the last day of your Fitness week. We will play some fun games with our members that are sort of fitness activities. That will surely make your fitness week enjoyable.
